- Providing first level technical support for more than 2000 Aeon staff across Malaysia.
- Escalate ticket to the appropriate team.
- Involve in daily system operations and administration task.
- Monitor system usage and performance.
- Effectively monitor to ensure servers, network equipment and lease line connectivity is available.
- Uses IBM As/400.
- Perform backup and restore as per schedule.
- Perform daily settlement for Visa, Master and Onus.
