Functional Area: Quality Analyst

  • To lead the development of the Restaurant’s QMS towards the ISO 9001: 2000.
  • Fulfill the role of QMR and Monitor the implementation of QMS.
  • Price Fixation or Menu Analysis of New Products or Existing Products.
  • To develop and manage the Internal Quality Audit Program of the Restaurant.

  • Conducting Internal Audit in all Branches, Central Kitchen, Central Warehouse and vital Raw Materials Suppliers for Various Critical Control Points upon ISO 9001:2000 basis and Hazards Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
  • Developing Policies and Procedures for more effective quality management.
  • Document control as per the Clauses of ISO 9001:2000 Handling NCRs (Non-Conformity Request) / CARs (Corrective Action Request) Support with Third Party Audit (SGS) to get the ISO Certification or Certification Renewal conducting by SGS Certification Company.
  • Minimized the Non-conformity and Audit Observations. Report to the General Manager – Performance of the Quality Management System and rooms for improvement.
