Within the Citigroup Treasury and Trade Technology Division, oversaw development, technical operations, infrastructure and headcount of onshore and offshore staff for the Citi Prepaid Cards Platform having $130M in annual revenues and $7B in annual transactions. Directly managed 27 FTE including offshore in Pune, India. Held annual development budget of approximately 5M and an annual infrastructure budget of approximately 800k.
