  • Developed and launched online travel portal partnership with American Express Open: Small Business Network
  • Developed and launched new business model that offered a bundle of savings/consulting programs for annual subscription fee
  • Developed and launched first business traveler loyalty program by offering "Double Membership Rewards"  on air spend
  • Transitioned entire service delivery travel counselor organization from 50 offices to network of home based agents

Led development of business strategies to counter airlines' web fare initiatives including launch of Travelbahn Distribution System which guaranteed Amex access to web fares and launch of airline subscription fees guaranteeing set revenues for a portion of airline fees.  Championed, set strategy, and delivered first ever system wide demand aggregation air savings progam for small and middle market companies.
