Quiznos Multi Unit Management Education Group:

Led thirteen Quiznos corporate leaders through Jim Sullivan’s “Multi Unit Leadership” seminar.  Accomplished through weekly reading assignments, book discussions and written chapter feedback from each of the participants.   

Quiznos New Store Remodel Team:

Participated in a  nominated team which executed a two-week brand-

refresh in Springfield, MO. 

Completed 5 store remodels,

recipe modifications, and POS and recipe retraining for the store teams.

Caribou Coffee Inventory

Management Team:

Subject-matter-expert in rollout and execution of  companywide inventory process using the Net Chef system.

Group computer lab presentations, executive level Q&A’s, and one-on-one store trainings were included in this system deployment.

Caribou Coffee Drive Thru Task Force:

Used fact based information, along with budget forecasting to both improve and expand the company’s drive-thru brand.

Key improvements included decrease in service times and increase of drive-thru transactions by 20%

Caribou Coffee Store Design Team:

Participated in the design plans for new restaurants as well as the testing of new equipment and systems for existing stores

Caribou Coffee District Manager Competencies Team:

Partnered with behavioral scientists to determine the long term company objectives regarding the hiring and developing future store managers and district managers.
