Grew revenue with +20% in 2012 thanks to launching Android telematics solution. Achieved considerable growth from 2005 - 2008 by bringing an end-of-life solution with obsolete technology into a winning product with current GPRS communication/SQL dbase technology.

Launched the startup of the 1st European subsidiary of this global market leader for outsourced, multilingual help desk services and value-added, specialized IT solutions deployed through a SPOC delivery model. Built a solid infrastructure in less than 18 months for the subsidiary, implemented advanced call center technology, and added multinational services to its corporate call center business, which was following its US-based corporate clients by providing them with global technical support/training services. Established Brussels-based European premises to gain access to highly professional and well trained multilingual call center agents.
