  • Work alongside the support and operations team to ensure that all new and existing customers are set up and managed effectively.
  • Develop and implement tactical plans with my sales manager in line with the company sales strategis for prospects and customers.
  • Keeps up to date with business financials, products and services and those of our competitors.                                                                                                                                                                              
  • Uses the sales tools in line with the agreed sales process to maintain and develop pipeline and customer information.                                                                                                                                                      
  • Attends team meetings and contribute as necessary on own individual performance, prepares for manager review meetings and completes sales activity reports accurately and on time.
  • To increase the productivity of the field sales colleague to help achieve their sales target
  • To ensure that all enquiries and leads are qualified and followed up.
  • To assist the field sales colleague to manage their time effectively by ensuring diary is maximised, up to date and accurate at all times.
  • To make quality appointments for the field sales colleague from enquiries, leads and other sales opportunities.
  • To identify and make outbound calls to potential customers to make sales appointments for field sales colleagues.
  • Ensure all sales data and relevant records are kept up to date.
  • Increase conversion of sales against marketing driven campaigns and provide feedback on results.
  • To demonstrate ethical sales behaviour at all times, respecting the diversity of all colleagues/customers.
  • Develop sales strategies with weekly planning day (Monday Mornings) pre – planning Friday afternoons, Using Maximize and Icabs for new and existing customers.
  • Deliver service agreements in person to decision makers.
  • Plan and manage workload and appointment schedules.
  • Weekly Account Reviews for exiting customers to ensure service levels are up to standard.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation on weekly basis quotes and pipeline.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services.
  • Attending training courses regarding product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Extremely knowledgeable about our products and services, the industry, and our market. Ability to involve parties concerned in order to draft service level agreements and contracts with customers.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage networking and repeat business.

  • Internal sales : Handling all sales inquiries regarding liquid and Air  filtration systems. Marketing and sales of liquid filtration systems to the mining and Industrial markets.
