Joelle Larson started Property Vision in 2003 with the goal of providing a professional service for residents of the St. Paul/Minneapolis area who are looking for a rental or a rent-to-own home. Ms. Larson works with individuals to secure the lease, contract for deed, or rent-to-own agreement they need. Her company is a fully licensed brokerage that rents and manages single-family homes, multi-family properties, townhomes, and condominiums. Joelle Larson belongs to the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Property Vision provides its services to renters at no charge and lists properties in a variety of price ranges. The majority of the company’s property portfolio comes from business relationships that Ms. Larson has cultivated with local banks. She relieves them of the burden of foreclosed and real estate owned properties by providing leasing and maintenance services. Prior to establishing Property Vision, Joelle Larson attended the University of Minnesota, where she studied chemistry and played basketball. She continues to nurture her passion for the game by acting as a volunteer basketball coach. Ms. Larson is also involved with the Union Gospel Mission and has supported such organizations and causes as ovarian cancer research, the Wounded Warrior Program, Bring the Troops Home, and Cup of Joe for a Joe. The latter program provides a way for individuals to purchase a cup of coffee for a soldier and encourages them to write a personal letter to go along with their gift. When away from her work at Property Vision, Joelle Larson enjoys running and biking and has participated in the Monster Dash Half Marathon, Diva Dash, and the Minneapolis Duathlon. A duathlon is an event similar to a triathlon but consists of two running legs and one cycling.
