On behalf of Toronto's most pominent marketing firms, I Represented renowned organizations and brands such as Metrolinx, Kijiji, BMO, Campbell's, Ferrero Rocher, Moosehead, etc. I also Researched customer response to products by engaging consumers and reporting on demographics and metrics. Quotas varied per activation, for instance:

  • Initiated Pawsway customer loyalty program; I was to register 10 merchants per week to offer discounts to their customers for shopping with the accompaniment of their pet. I exceeded this target by 30-50%. Additionally, I was to enroll 20 customers to the program, per day, which I frequently surpassed by over 100%.
  • Enrolled clients for BMO World Elite MasterCard. Required to register 10 clients per day as well as provide information regarding the benefits of this offer, which I exceeded by approximately 90%.

I managed the Halifax Division of an international third party fund-raising consultancy that promises a 3-to-1 ROI for world-renowned not-for-profit organizations such as UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), Plan International and Greenpeace. My weekly target, as well as that of my team's, was $150 in monthly contributions ($30 per day). I was slightly below target only 2 weeks out of the entire duration of my employment at Public Outreach; however, constantly exceeded my target by 50-150%.

  • Expanded public awareness on certain issues while fund-raising through many mediums such as face to face, door to door, in malls and over the phone.
  • Trained and led teams to achieve similar success as well as tracked their key performance indicators in order to provide exemplary results for the Eastern Canada division of the company.
  • Increased monthly contributions toward various non-profit organizations for a projected total of between $500,000 - $1,000,000 in less than one year
