Responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities, including accounting, human resources, payroll/benefits, union negotiations, information technology, fleet management, distribution, sales, expenses, and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goal management. Directed short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. Established the performing goals, allocated resources, and managed contracts for real estate equipment, and vehicles. Developed, established and directed the execution of operating policies, activity base costing and processes to support company policies.

Achievements:

  • Pioneered the start-up of a cruise line division plant in Miami from ground level to more than $60M in sales, and Phoenix division from ground level to $16M in sales
