Managed LRG's Midwest Brand Management Region from the Coralville, Iowa office which included the day-to-day account activity for 44 LRG clients that generated over $6 million in annual royalty income.  I exceled at establishing marketing, merchandising, branding, and fundraising campaigns geared towards engaging the current student body and alumni base of each client.  I was responsible for prospecting new clients and making in-person sales presentations as well as established working relationships with LRG licensees to promote their product offering at retail.  As Regional Brand Manager I also monitored national/regional retail chains and local market for client infringement issues.

Sports Marketing / Convention Sales Manager

Waterloo Convention and Visitors Bureau – Waterloo, IA

Responsible for marketing Waterloo to local, regional and national sports organizations to position Waterloo as the host city for their tournaments and events.  I was also responsible for marketing Waterloo to meeting and convention organizers to choose Waterloo as the host city for their conventions and meetings.  My responsibilities also included assisting in the coordination of Convention and Visitors Bureau activities, revising and redesigning marketing material for convention and sports related prospects, and served as the contact for events in progress.  While with the Waterloo CVB I also laid the ground work for establishing the now fully functional Cedar Valley Sports Committee which was established to give financial and general support to local sports organizations to assist them in hosting events in Waterloo that generate hotel/motel stays.
