Counted bank at beginning and end of shift to ensure that all cash and credit transactions were in balance. Identified and explained room features to guests and answered inquiries pertaining to property amenities, services, directions, hours of operation, and local areas of interest. Washed, dried and folded laundry, maintained hot tub, watered lawn, shoveled snow and any other tasks as needed.
