  • Provided leadership of Development, Production, Education/ Outreach, Finance, Systems, Facilities and Administration departments of regional theatre with annual operating budget of $6.5 million. 
  • Fostered ongoing collaboration and collegial relations among the various departments. 
  • Managed transition of the 75-year-old theatre from summer theatre to year-round theatre

  •  Project Management for the planning and development of a new state of the art, multi-theatre complex to be located in the redeveloped World Trade Center Site in Lower Manhattan
  • Developed the Company`s strategic business and financial plan for the expansion of the company. This plan continues to guide the Company as they move to an alternate site.
  • Responsibilities included business planning; fundraising, program development; operations planning; implementation; market analysis; financial management; design process; transitional programming; and contracting and procurement of vendors and consultants
  •  Oversaw conversion from Provenue and Raisers Edge to Tessitura Software
  • Represented Signature at all meetings with various stakeholders - government officials and agencies; funders; leading community members and artists
  • Key part of raising an initial $4M in capital funds and the groundwork that recently resulted in a $20M commitment from the City of New York to the project.
  •  Leader in developing the nationally recognized "Great Theatre/Great Price" ticket initiative and securing the underwriting which made all seats available for only $15 during the regular run of a production
