My duties comply Marketing and Sales activities. On the marketing side: marketing planning, marketing strategy, messages definition per product, Design control, media relations, best pratices sharingin the worldwide marketing network. On the sales side: preparation of sales support materials, management of relations with retail distributors, mediations with internal services, end customer support, end customer communications.

One of the members in the "special projects" team that has started the Cross Selling activities within the financial group, namely in the mutual funds, Life and Non Life insurance, Leasing, and Credit Cards. We create the bancassurance reality, and its implementation and operational development and control. Introduce the "brokers" network, i.e. people who sold bank credit products. And the "assurfinance" network, i.e., insurance brokers that sold bank credit products. Definition and control of development on the software changes needed. Creation of M.I.S. for the commercial branches and Executive Board. Also involved in intra-Group projects for employees, namely low fees or even free credit cards, insurance and bank services.
This course was a "joint venture" between a portuguese and spaniard university around the communication on a crisis situation. Had courses in both countries.
