  • Managed approximately $500,000 in grants from corporate sponsors including Verizon Wireless and Allstate Insurance, US Department of Justice, and California Office of Emergency Services, and maintained relationships with major donors
  • Created the organization’s social media presence on major networks and establish the organization’s email marketing for communication with members and allied professionals
  • Designed and implemented multiple curricula via in person learning experiences as well as online formats designed for the needs of the organization’s members and prospective members
  • Within one year conducted 30 trainings across the state

  • Secured sponsorship from corporations including Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, Verizon Wireless, Luna Bar, and over 30 for profit and not for profit organizations
  • Established and maintained relationships with members and provided high quality services outlined in membership benefits

Responsible for all of the organization's fiduciary relationships, fiscal health, and human capital to lead the organization to achieve its mission.

  • Tripled the organization’s income through effective grant writing and fundraising in a post 9/11 economy by building donor relationships with the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, foundations serving the Pacific Northwest, and state and county government
