Investor & Purchasing Director


I took part to a French restaurant project opened in 2011 as an investor and the purchasing director.

During the opening process, my responsibilities where to manage the project from A to Z. From managing the renovation company, purchasing all construction material, sourcing & purchasing all equipment and furniture from kitchen to chair, tableware to food & drink,…

I also handle all admistrative procedure such as set up the company, restaurant licence,…

We sold the restaurant mid 2012.

Investor & Finance Director


Jolly Gourmet Wines is a join venture set up in 2010 between foreigner investors & my own company JC Trading.

The company is specialized in the importation & distribution of beverage products (mainly French wines) but also hospitality equipment such as crystal glassware. The distribution is focused mainly on the restaurant market & private customers.

 As an investor, I don’t have any sales operational responsibilities in the company but I manage the finance department (payment & invoicing). I also provide my sourcing service for hotel equipment.

China Sales Director


Set up in 1911, Narumi is an historic very renowned Japanese company specialized in production of very fine bone china dinnerware.

There products are worldwide recognized and distribute all over the world in the very high end five stars hotels & retails.

It is today the 2nd largest manufacturer of tableware in Japan, and the number one in USA.

I join this company as the China Sales Director, and my responsibilities were to manage the all China Hotel & wholesales division.

I quit the company to giving birth to my daughter and taking care of her.

General Manager - Shanghai Branch


Based in Xiamen, Etown is one of the top three biggest hotel equipment importer & distributor in China, and the number one for the glassware industry.

Through there five branch office (shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Nanjing), Etown has built a huge national distribution network covering wholesaler, hotel & restaruant, and Retail market. 

I join this company as the General Manager of the Shanghai branch office. My responsibility were:

  • Manage the all shanghai team & daily operation.
  • Recruiting & training
  • Managing directly the wholesaler network & key account.
  • Define the sales & marketing strategy.
  • Organize our attendance to the main exhibitions (FHC & Hotelex)

Owner & General Manager

JC TRADING - Shanghai

After left First Asia Trading, I set up my own import-export company of tableware & equipment.

This company was mainly involved in two kind of business.

First part was that I imported in exclusivity some overseas brands for China market such as Corby Hall from USA, and distributed it in the Hotel & restaurant industry.

Second part was the export business of China local made tableware for overseas. I was mainly working with Australia clients such as the large catering company called Atlantic group, but also in the Middle East especially in Dubai.

This company, which is currently still existing, is now more focus on helping as an agent some foreign companies to import there products in China. We offer the service of importation, logistic, invoice, payment, translation of contracts and communication with their clients.

First Asia is an importer & distributor of tableware & equipment for the hotel & restaurant industry. Specialize in high-end quality products, First Asia is working with most renowned hotel group such as Hyatt, Marriott, InterContinental, Hilton, Starwood, Accor, Fairmont, Jinjiang, …

I join the company as a sales manager, and after half year I took the position of Sales Director & Purchasing for the overseas brand. My responsibilities were:

  • Define our sales strategy & target.
  • Recruiting and Training the new employee. 
  • Managing the China sales Team (around 15 people)
  • Handle directly the sales & follow up with the 5 stars hotel group
  • Sourcing new brand and product from overseas, negotiate exclusive distribution for China & purchasing.

Brown Jordan is a leading designer & manufacturer of a very large range of high quality indoor & outdoor furniture.

Based in US, Brown Jordan has developed an international presence through a network of sales representatives, specialty dealers, company showroom ; but also with numerous manufacturing facilities and sales offices located in United State, Mexico, China, India, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam.

I joined the company as the GM assistant, and few months later I evolve in the company as a merchandiser. My responsibilities were:

  • Developing samples & portfolios for existing clients and prospects.
  • Coordinating product development at every stage, from customer requirement till production process.
  • Communication & follow up with the costumers from US & Germany.
