National Coordinator of HERproject activities , manage invoicing and budget, coordinates trainers and internal staff/resources, and ensuring delivery of agreed upon deliverable, and project timelines. I am tasked to advice senior management on the program implementation and progress monthly and to draft monthly reports to the donor. I also have a training role as well as coordinating the Peer Health Educator Trainers in training the farm workers .

Under the Healthy Outcomes through Prevention Education (HOPE) project I am tasked with the responsibility of coordinating the implementation for the program alongside the Senior Technical Officer, mainly focusing on: conducting supervision and field visits, writing and submitting monthly reports including cost share reports, overseeing the implementation of the work plan at school level and ensuring effective monitoring and evaluation systems in place, and coordinating the overall administration of the program with the assistant for the Field Program Officer.
