- Originally conceived in California, Parallel Frozen Yogurt is the Vietnamese frozen yogurt chain that employs only the most clean, meticulous, and well-tested procedures. Parallel uses only the highest-quality ingredients, which never come from unknown sources.
- Since the college years at the University of Southern California, Thuy dreamed about bringing a quality products to Vietnam that could be built up a strong brand in food and beverage industry. She was inspired by the self-served frozen yogurt and gelato trend in California in 2008. After 10 months of researching and developing her own recipes with an Italian mentor, Thuy presents to Vietnam the first high-end frozen yogurt store in Bien Hoa City which attracted a lot of attention from the press, media, and the community. After another 10 months of trial and error, the chain of Parallel Frozen Yogurt stores start expanding into Ho Chi Minh city with two more stores and franchising to other areas.
- At Parallel, Thuy leads the product development, and corporate strategy, while also strengthening Parallel's market position as it becomes the leading Vietnamese brand in the dessert and beverage industry.
