Managed Nestlé’s highest volume Ice Cream Business Unit manufacturing Nestle, Edy’s, and Dreyer’s products.Led 140 people including 5 Managers, 12 Supervisors and floor operators in Flavoring, Freezing, Packaging and Palletizing.Primary driver in continuous improvement systems and plant contact for engineering projects.

·Doubled manufacturing throughput after taking over high speed cone lines that were in start up mode.

·Reduced Sanitation and Change-over times by 33%.

·Reduced rejected product by 50% with improved SOP’s.

·Reduced Material Losses by 25%.

Managed all aspects of this HDPE blow molding manufacturing plant including budget development and P&L, Production, Warehousing & Shipping, Customer Service and Staff Management.Implemented Continuous Improvement systems and led all plant initiatives.
