Technical Skills:

Knowledgeable in VBA especially in Excel Macro which is now very popular in Process Improvement for Business and Operations. Had experience thru self study then accept part time job for development. Had experience in the documentation of Work Flow Instruction and User Documentation. I developed Operations Daily Transaction System for computer rentals/internet cafe. The system automates the time in and time out of each customer and compute the number of hours used specifying the amount needs to pay. As additional features, the system will compute also the salary of employee. Also, developed the system to calculate the Traffic Consumption and Revenue of the generated internet traffic. As for my web development skills, I created the website, of Beloved Employment Services taking advantage of theresources/applications available in the internet such as free web builder, free web mail, and free web hosting to give free support to BES.  Proficient in using Microsoft Office product including OneNote2007 and Outlook2007. Had experience in IT project coordination and created my own timeline and Gantt chart. Additional skills includes experience in using Visio 2007 and SmartDraw for drawing and diagram that helps transform concepts into visual presentation. Successfully installed IIS 5.1, PHP 5.2.6, MySQL 5.0.67 and PHPMyAdmin 3.1.1 which I used for testing purposes and for my on-going self study of HTML and PHP. Knowledgeable in using Macromedia Swish, CorelDraw Graphic Suite X3 and other applications for photo editing, movie and animated presentation to integrate with Macromedia Dreamweaver in creating website.

On top of that, I am God-fearing. I believe in His Words completely. I declare by faith that all is and shall be well. No matter how long I have had the problem, no matter how bad the experts say it is, an explosion of healing and restoration will take place and I will receive what I am believing for. I trust in the favor of God and I will see blessings which my natural abilities cannot bring.


As a professional, my dream is to be able to utilize my educational background as computer engineer and skills in information technology. To share the skills that I have which others might be lacking. To help enhance processes of business operations. And enjoy the outcome of my hardwork.

My main function in Chevron was to provide support thru email correspondence. First point of contact to validate email request, enquiries and determine the problem based on user description. Identify root cause and provide suggestion to aid the problem otherwise, case has to be escalated to the regional Helpdesk or to the appropriate non-IT group to solve it. Ensure that all cases escalated to the helpdesk had been acknowledged and do the follow-up.

Aside from these, I was assigned as back-up supoort in handling Information Protection Compliance. Responsible in cascading compliance requirements to CAI holders within IT team and influence them to submit the requirements on time. Cascade the step-by-step procedures to IP coordinators on how to comply and identify IP assets and its vulnerability. Maintain the overall inventory of the IP assets including the servers and networks. Coordinate and review the risk on the assets with the IP coordinators. Identify mitigating controls once risk assessment is performed. Consolidate inventories of all IP assets and perform comparative analysis to ensure that they are accurate and compliant. Ensure deliverables are achieved and that best practices are implemented in the organization. Assist IP coordinators to prepare pertinent documents for IP audit. I also actively participated in Chevron office transformation, relocation and renovation to adapt global Chevron image. This includes coordination with different vendors, contractors and other coordinators of Chevron in the relocation of PC, workstations and other IT peripherals. Ensure that no interruption in business operations will occur during the movement of IT peripherals. Follow-up project until completion, ensure that all project deliverables are achieved and reports to IT manager. Work with IT enthusiasts in a strategic purpose to develop, plan and execute the process. Experience in taking minutes of meeting, creation of user guides and QRG (Quick Reference Guide).
