Responsibilities and Special Projects:

  • Answered inbound customer calls to provide lending information and originate consumer loan applications during the two years that position was held
  • During client site visits, demonstrated the loan application process for potential and existing clients on live calls
  • Was a top producer while maintaining the lowest error ratio and consistent 95%+ call quality assurance as a phone agent for the two years that position was held
  • Worked for 1 year on 3rd shift which included inbound customer calls for lending information and consumer loan applications as well as running daily application reports lists for existing clients
  • For current position as a credit analyst, decision consumer loan applications for 240 bank and credit union clients across multiple channels of service including internet, indirect and direct by phone
  • As a credit analyst, demonstrate leadership and teaching skills by providing one-on-one coaching sessions for current phone agents as a part of the Lending Skills Development program
  • Implemented and maintained the ExpressLink business for State Employees Credit Union:  this included regular communication with the client to add updates to the lending guidelines and troubleshoot discrepancies in processing procedures.

Objective

I returned to school in January 2011 to pursue a career in nursing.  I will graduate from Weatherford College in December 2012 with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Nursing.  I'm planning on taking the NCLEX during the first week of January 2013.  Additionally, I have already completed all of the required pre-requisites to apply to Texas Tech University and will be utilizing Texas Tech's online ADN to BSN transition program to obtain my BSN.  Once I have my BSN, I plan on pursing a MSN for a APN licensure.
