Thank you for visiting! This site is designed to showcase my accomplishments in the hospitality industry since my graduation from the University of Central Florida in May of 2006. At the Rosen College of Hospitality Management I worked on many different projects within the university as well as in the community that provided me with great exposure to the event industry.

In my role as meeting concierge at Hyatt I was responsible for acting as the liaison for the Catering and Convention Service Managers, as well as for the client once they arrived on-site for their event. In this position I gained great experience in banquets and operations, including off premise catering. My attention to detail and ability to anticipate the guests’ needs attributed to my promotion to Catering and Convention Services Manager in February of 2007, where I broadened my sales and relationship building skills.
