Customer Technical Support

Answered customer telephone calls and e-mails and assisted them in installing and using various Loislaw products. I once spent several hours on the phone with the New Hampshire State Prison library helping them install a CD-ROM based product on their network. I've helped attorneys do research, proof-read publications, and interacted with treatise authors.

Retail Sales Representative

I worked in one of the Country Stores assisting customers with the selection of a pc for the home or a server for their business. I invested a good bit of time either on the phone or in the store helping customers with problems/challenges/issues they had. Once, I even went next door to change out a video card on a D3LL point-of-sale system because their tech support wouldn't authorize a service call...and our neighbors couldn't be without their sales system.
