Conducted extensive market research and active testing within the realms of design & media for gaps in the marketplace desiring to build a company that would be responsive to current prospective client needs.  Honed in on the dance industry as my niche of choice due to my background.

Setup all content marketing vehicles including: multiple websites, blogging, email marketing campaigns, videos, and social media outposts.

Established a network of professional colleagues for both collaborative engagement & promotional purposes.  Piloted a book club for 'Young Female Entrepreneurs' and was interviewed on the responsive approach I took in setting up J Newell Media.

Creating a launch plan and designing products and services to meet the needs dancers have for quality digital media productions.

Creative Movement Teacher/Program Manager

Developed Creative Movement Curriculum from scratch using an extensive background in dance teaching, performance, and improvisational exercises. 

Taught 100+ children ages 18 months to 5 years of age in 4 client childcare locations and 1 Bright Horizons owned Clubhouse.  Managed all transitions with students from classrooms to movement space including set-up and tear-down each day.

Managed all communications with parents of program students including schedule changes, payments and marketing material.

While being hired to resurrect a program that was experiencing significant loss in interest by both students and parents after former teacher left months prior I determined that the program would not survive due to client companies letting go of many of my students parents and therefore pulling them from the program.

Significant input in the redesign of, the umbrella company, Triple A Supplies' Small Conference Room including fabric and furniture sourcing, presentation design and installation.  Personally presented two options to the CEO of the company for approval prior to assisting the Design Contract Services Division's Principal Designer with implementation.

Presentation Design for Client work including initial sourcing research, creating presentation boards, and providing digital renderings. 

Project Management Support including maintaining project scope updates; developing a systematic schedule for vendor deliveries; documenting price quotes, material descriptions, and client look-books.

Design Office Overhaul including complete reorganization of archives and administrative documents; updating all vendor samples and sourcebooks through meeting regulary with past and potential vendors that were in-line with the company's budget, practical needs as an elder-care focused firm, and design aesthetic; de-cluttering and refining storage options for fabirc and other material samples.

Finalized all Purchase Orders and updated internal Accounting Department with incoming material invoices.  Prepared client scopes with projected costs for approval prior to further installations on long-term projects.
