- Prompt processing of invoices, issuance of purchase orders using ACE system, and meticulous checks on dates/information of documents to ensure procurement procedures are followed.
- Assist in the secondary role of secretariat role to director of the division and other administrative duties as assigned
- Provide support to Head of Procurement of the PMET Division to ensure compliance of procurement policies and guidelines in the division
- Assist to provide advice on all procurement-related matters to the division and ensure that the division adhere to all procurement procedures
- Update the division on changes in procurement policies informed by the Administrative & Procurement Division and disseminate the information to the division on time
- Ensure procurement related information is updated in the common drive, as well as proper filing and management of procurement documents, eg. contracts, templates, procurement information, vendors’ data etc.
