Verified and maintained accurate records to ensure that machines were installed in the correct location, and the old machines could be located if necessary.

Built and maintained marketing, publicity, and internet-based campaigns to connect with Elsewhere’s audiences and potential audiences, including museum visitors, educators, artists, students, and donors. Acted as the main technical support agent in managing digital organizational tasks and problems. Maintained and upgraded organizational computers running a wide array of software in an all-Mac environment. Maintained a heavy-use Google Apps domain, including calendar synchronization across multiple smartphones. Facilitated a major website upgrade with a design company. Collected and migrated data and media to online distribution sources. Assisted in event production, and general production and cleaning responsibilities around the museum. Maintained additional responsibilities relating to visitor relations and tours.

Hosted and programmed a variety of music radio shows for seven semesters. Helped write, compile and record news briefs aired on the station. Theater Technician and Media Center Assistant

Centennial High School

Designed and operated lighting and sound equipment for on-stage drama, performance, and arts productions. Coordinated technical aspects of assemblies and in-school programs in a 600-seat auditorium. Organized technical elements of the theater department and constructed sets for productions. Repaired and deployed computer systems and fixed printer problems. Taught basic editing skills to a TV class using iMovie. Set up projectors for in-class use. Provided computer lab users with one-to-one instruction for projects and assignments. Enforced computer use regulation policy. 


Event Planning and Production
Personally and professionally helped to plan and produce a vast array of events, from film festivals to wedding receptions, from dance parties to performance games. Additionally, I've gained experience in coordinating during-event logistics, including documentation, audio production, trashcan-emptying, and mood-setting. 
Lighting and Audio Design
Studied and practiced studio and field lighting and audio techniques, as well as a number of associated image and sound capture technologies.
Internet-based Research and Reconnaissance
Finding solutions to problems, inspiration for new ways of doing things, and answers to nagging questions online is nearly second nature to me. 
Collaborative Team and Project Management
Many of my professional and academic experiences have allowed me to develop techniques for managing groups as well as developed a comprehensive understanding of what it means to function as a part of a team functioning towards common goals. 
PC Troubleshooting
Very familiar and comfortable troubleshooting Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. Learning more about 7 currently, although I attempt to avoid PC use when possible. 
Mac/Apple Troubleshooting
Serviced nearly every generation of Apple products for the last ten years- both professionally and personally.
