Born and raised in Columbus, Nebraska USA, I joined Executive Search International Orlando in 2010. After receiving my BA from the University of Nebraska, I later earned my post graduate diploma in hospitality management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland. Immediately after graduation, I was chosen as a rooms division management trainee for an IHG luxury resort on Phi Phi Island and later Bangkok, Thailand. Following this I was recruited to the national capital region of India to continue my work with IHG as Assistant Duty Manager in charge of guest relations at the award winning Crowne Plaza Today property in Gurgaon, India. Later I took up temporary residency in India and was hired as a Communication Consultant for Evalueserve one of the world’s leading KPOs (knowledge based outsourcing firms). There, I trained and consulted 800+ associates and top executives across India, China, Chile and Romania on how to effectively communicate with international clients and add value to business relationships. I speak English, German and some French and have strong interpersonal and coaching skills. I am excited to help you find the best professionals possible for your organizations and also share my global knowledge and insights on the challenges hospitality professionals face when living and working in foreign countries, particularly Asia.
