- Coordination, management and supervision of activities of the 19 bank branches from the area.
- Analyze and present analytic reports on sales.
- Create tools in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, to facilitate Branch Managers, analyze and control on established goals.
- Regional human resource management (200 employees): interview, job induction, movements and professional development.
- Monitoring daily sales for the realization of reports to the Regional Manager and Metropolitan Director.
- Assist and organize events and meetings with authorities at different levels in de company.
- Managing of 10 Financial Sales Advisors and 15 tellers, to cover employee’s templates in different branches.
