My work history includes business analysis, requirements analysis, technical writing, and software testing. As an IT professional, I focus on interviewing clients and application end users to determine their business needs, to ensure quality standards and compliance with company processes and guidelines, and to develop documentation, training or instructional aides as needed.I’ve worked with a wide variety of software and I am comfortable with many different types of desktop publishing, graphics, design and modeling applications. I also have a great deal of experience using shared applications, document repositories and version control systems. My specialty is working with projects that are having trouble getting off the ground.
