Developed and implemented supply chain collaboration solution that resulted in safety stock/inventory reductions of 40% from Asian sources and eliminated express freight budget of $5M. Annual capital efficiency savings of $25M. Spearheaded supply chain cost collection and consolidation project across top 20 contractors for Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO) spend of $600 million annually. Project delivered one time savings of $75 million and an annual cost reduction of 5% or guaranteed $3 million cost out per year for 5 years ($15 million). Total saving exceeded $90M over the term.
