growing region, including the strategic development, design and delivery of
numerous high impact programs and signature events that bring value to the Chamber membership; extend and deepen the Pittsburgh North Regional Chamber brand and improve the overall business knowledge and climate in the region.
Program design that meets the strategic and tactical needs of the Chamber membership
Identify and manage program sponsor and partnership relationships
Work with venues, hospitality and vendors to achieve maximum value and seamless event execution
Create specific and unique event evaluation strategy to increase value and ensure event strategy is meeting projections and achieving goals
2013 Chesapeake Bay Magazine Best of the Bay award winner in the “fuel dock” category voted on by customers and magazine readers. Highest grossing fuel dock in a highly competitive maritime region. Enhanced the customer/visitor experience of the property including: day-to-day management of a premier, 120 slip marina and dynamic fuel dock producing over $1 million in gross sales; a vibrant seasonal restaurant and six other independent business tenants as well as maintaining a manicured 12 acre property. Create and manage budgets, staff, fuel inventory and delivery.
·Manage over $1 million of fuel business annually including ordering, pricing, maintaining records and ensuring safety and environmental compliance
·Create and manage Marina marketing material including print, website and social media
·Recruit, hire, train and manage seasonal staff
·Certified Class A operator certificate demonstrating working knowledge of specific environmental laws, codes and best practices for underground storage facilities and managed the Marina’s recertification
Literally an “outside sales position” as the “uniformed ambassador” for the City of Austin, Texas’ 205 parks, ensuring a quality visitor experience through providing information, education and emergency first aid for Park systems
·Developed, designed curriculum, recruited partners and delivered bike safety courses throughout our service area.

·Charged with creating the Division’s Education and Outreach policies and procedures

Responsible for fund raising, program design and delivery as well as the creation of effective boating and water safety messages specifically designed to engage urban youth and their families.
