Over the course of his accomplished career spanning nearly three decades, Jim Lewis has proven himself as a leader highly skilled in overseeing operations, strategizing, turning around businesses, and developing new ideas that bring his employers to new avenues for success. Commencing his career as an Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Lewis eventually garnered employment with PepsiCo Inc., as a Manager conducting internal audits. In less than a decade, Jim Lewis rose to become Director of Investor Relations and Area Vice President and General Manager for Frito-Lay. Subsequently, as a member of The Walt Disney Company, Jim Lewis served as Director of Planning and Finance, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Public Relations before earning the role of President for Disney Vacation Club (DVC). During his time with the Disney organization, Lewis oversaw various departments such as corporate alliance, public relations, and international business development. He formed partnerships with firms such as Hess Corporation, created internal protocols, and lobbied to local, state, and federal officials as a representative of Disney. In his most recent position with DVC, he established resorts and stores in Hawaii, New York, and Illinois, as well as in Japan.In recognition of Jim Lewis' accomplishments, the Orlando Business Journal named him as one of the 10 Most Influential Businessmen in 2007. In the following year, he was selected as Chair of Orlando, Inc., the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce. From 2009 until 2011, he led the American Resort Development Association. Furthermore, he received Distinguished Alumni Awards from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and from Indiana State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science, respectively.
