Negotiated with telecom companies to reduce costs by 50% while increasing functionality and decreasing downtime. Increased bottom line 10%.

Respected, hands-on leader with 0% direct report turnover in 11 years. Highly experienced in long term and short term business plans, ‘from scratch’ budgeting and forecasting for $10M and ROI analysis.

Experience in both B2B and B2C product and service companies in multiple industries, and through multiple distribution outlets, including wholesale and retail. Throughout entire career, quality, value and service haven’t been just words – they are daily guiding principles for making decisions. 

Managed up to 18 direct reports and 60+ indirect reports. Maintains high integrity relationship with 50 key vendors and 2,000 total vendors, as well as all banking relationships.

In addition to currently leading all Operations and Finance activities, also responsible for Human Resources, IT, Legal, 401K/Benefits Administration of $3M+ and senior level Customer Service and Sales reporting functions. Currently sits on the Board of Directors.

Developed internal controls; examples include slashing billing process from 7 to 3 days. Ensures accuracy of $2M in inventory through tight controls.

Brought month-end financial statements from 90 days after end date to 15 days within 3 months to allow for real-time decision-making.

Within 30 days saved $100K annually by bringing key reporting in-house.
