Lead and coordinate a team of Developers, Business Intelligence Specialist, and Database Administrators. Design and build innovative solutions that meet the organizations needs and increase the efficiency of business processes. Define and analyze project requirements based on input and collaboration from end-users, market research, and business analysts. Identify, manage and mitigate project risk.
