Personal Statement

With over 10 years of eCommerce experience, working with some of the UK's biggest Fashion retailers such us AllSaints, Ted Baker, Reiss and Bench, I have worked in many roles within an agency environment.

Starting from the bottom I have worked my way up through the business gaining experience in all elements of the business and eCommerce industry as I have grown into the role of Product development manager.

Within Product Development, we not only maintained the internally developed CMS platform, but undertook the next generation of the platform, including planning, documenting and scheduling work with a dedicated team of PhP developers - this included the re-build of core sections of our proprietary software onto a Symfony framework. Researching and selecting 3rd party integrations that would best suit the needs of clients, while strengthening the core offering of the platform.

I enjoyed each aspect of my roles along with the unique challenges that arose regularly with the various clients and requirements. I believe I excel in multi-tasking and prioritising my work load along with requirements gathering.

Account and Project Manager

As within many small agencies, the role of Account management and Project management is rolled into the responsibility of one person. Within this role I not only account managed multiple clients at one time, prioritising my own workload along with prioritising the needs of each of my clients at the time.
Scheduling work through work streams as well as through a central scheduling tool always challenged all the account leads, however was an integral part of the business. I was delighted to be involved in the scoping of requirements and roll out of new processes within the department.
Project management of both new client builds along with large enhancements of existing clients ended up taking on a large percentage of my workload. Requirements gathering, business analysis and problem solving were key aspects to my role, with at every stage keeping budget at the forefront and ensuring that everything was done in a time and cost sensitive manner.
