Under her guidance, and with collaboration from her colleagues, Ms. Guziak developed Baystone into one of the nation’s leading software sales talent placement agencies. In the years before she began her career in recruiting, Jill Guziak enjoyed successful stints in sales with technology firms Axent Technologies and Telco Communications.
