- Organizing weekly scrum between the team members and weekly knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the understanding of different kinds of technologies.
- Responsible for regional Pre- Sales
- Supporting Sales & account teams in client acquisition process and also for incremental sales from a services perspective by acting as product and services expert.
- Delivering detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers.
- Prepare Business/technical proposals, architecture & solutions, RFP's, SOW's, workflow diagrams and other technical documents to help Sales/Business development teams.
- Customer support for India region
- 24x7 telephonic & On-site Support, Team Management, Customer management, Maintaining SLA, Customer Contracts, Incident & Operational Support for VG System in India.
- Maintain Incident response time, Incident Resolution Process, Escalation Management, problem management, Change Management.
