Experience

After gaining experience in the Administration field, as a beginner I advanced in a career where I was able to mentor junior staff to excel in Customer Service broadband to help reach and maintain goals within an organisation. As a team leader I was then able to monitor a larger team of individuals where I was able to train them to become more proficient with email correspondence, letter writing and data base entry. A major part of the job was also to liaise with recruitment, legal and government feedback to ensure proper protocols were being met.
