After my retirement from the USAF  on June 27, 2005, I moved from Albuquerque New Mexico to central Texas. I was hired by the City of Temple Texas in August 2005 and assigned to the Parks & Leisure Service. And began work as a crew member , setup technician at the Frank W. Mayborn Civic & Convention center. Under the direct supervision of the crew leader-supervisor, my job was to setup and configure sound , lighting, microphones, projectors, spot lights. setup internet connections both wired and wireless (WiFi) as well as setup tables and chairs and stage assemblies for every event held at the convention center. Operate city truck to pickup supplies, operate a Toyota electric powered fork lift  , and operate and use Arial platforms. Perform janitorial duties in the facility clean rooms and restrooms, dump trash clean parking lot. Perform minor facility maintenance such as painting, plumbing, and some electrical  work and repair, changing out light switches and sockets. Operate and configure dimming lighting system  lighting in the facility. Worked first, second and third shifts sometimes all in the same work week.

On Wednesday July 13, 2011 I was transferred to the City Golf Course  assigned to the golf course superintendent to mow greens fairways, Tees, setup golf course for play, and perform servicing on lawn and golf course equipment. pick up trash, mow weed eat areas. Repair broken irrigation plumbing, PVC pipes sprinkler heads.

Transferred from Tyndall AFB Florida to Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque New Mexico assigned to the 377 Air Base Wing, Mission support squadron, Responsible for in processing to personnel assigned to the base, issued military ID cards,  Manged and maintained base personnel records. Typed up documents using personal computers, and or typewriters can type 40 to 50 words per minute. This was my last active duty assignment. On June 27, 2005 I was discharged from active duty and retired in the rank of E-6 (TSgt). Highest rank held at this assignment was E-6 Technical Sergent.

Assigned to the 325th Fighter wing, 325th Aircraft Maintenance squadron, 1st Aircraft Maintenance unit. Crew Chief "Eaglekeeper" on the F15 fighter aircraft, maintained hydraulic systems and power plants as well as airplane general., servicing pre flight post flight inspections as well as end of runway final checks before flight. In Late march 2004 I was reclassified into a new military occupational specialty, administrative, base personnel.

Assigned Aircraft Inspection dock (Phase Dock) 8 months

Assigned  in support section tool and with calibration equipment , equipment custodian.  one year.

Assigned to Job Control, (Maintenance Operations Coordination Center) 4 months

Assigned end of runway inspection crew 4 months.

Highest rank held at this assignment was E-6 Technical Sergent.

Highest rank held at this assignment was E-5 Staff Sergent.
