As a Strategic Growth Director at HireRight, I partner with our clients and prospects in the regulated industries of transportation and healthcare to understand their needs in the onboarding process as well as post-hire risk mitigation process and work to resolve those issues for our clients. Hiring a quality candidate is a complex process, and I want to ensure our clients have the knowledge, products and support they need to successfully onboard quality candidates and retain these employees once hired. I consult with clients on hiring best practices in the regulated industries and also educate them on the various product solutions that HireRight offers that will help them meet compliance in their respective industry and also meet the standards of their organization.

Responsible for expanding the footprint of HireRight products and services into our customer base. Work closely with Relationship Managers in our regulated industries of Transportation and Healthcare to identify revenue growth/upsell opportunities and manage to close.

  • Responsible for forecasting and meeting assigned qutoas by creating and driving a pipeline of opportunities for new solutions within HireRight Customer base
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative relationship with the clients by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
  • Determine the best opportunities for profitable growth of a specialized product area in conjunction with Relationship Managers and targeted accounts
  •  Qualify opportunities and develop the value proposition, financial use case and overall success criteria for the product’s deployment in a targeted account
  •  Engages with key client contacts to qualify opportunities, coordinate with Relationship Management and Product Management and SMEs to deliver the proposed solution, secure the contractual agreement and facilitate transition to implementation
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position products and services
  • Use pre-sales and other resources to seek out new opportunities to drive and close sales revenue
  • Review customer needs with product management to provide direction to our roadmap

Team Leader


Leader and supervisor of a team of 25 investigators who conducted national security, public trust investigations and various site inspections for government agencies. Within this position, responsibilities included project management, staff forecasting, production forecasting, quality oversight, training, execution of corporate strategies and conducting investigations.

  • Served as the Project Lead for a new software application, TExT, that is used by approximately 4,000 employees in the Investigative Services Division. This application was fully deployed in September 2011. With this project, I was responsible for development, communication, branding, implementation and training of the program.  
  • Served as one of four members of the USIS Corporate Blog Team. This is an internal communication forum that allows approximately 2,400 employees to openly discuss key topics within the business. Serve as a blogger and moderator in this role adhering to corporate communication guidelines.
  • Served as a Subject Matter Expert on the iCompass Team that provides and manages cell and data service for approximately 2,400 employees.
  • Served as a Subject Matter Expert on the Performance Center that delivers performance rankings and standards to approximately 2,400 employees.
