In 2004, I decided to start my own promotional products company, called OMG! Promotions. 

  • Execute and direct account management of the Gensler online store, as well as provide custom product solutions to worldwide Gensler offices.This includes all A/P, A/R, and collection duties.  Product selection, user analysis, feedback surveys regarding service and products.
  • Maintain and manage OMG! customer and project database utilizing current internet solutions.
  • Expanded my client list from 3 to 10 accounts solely from unsolicited client referrals, a testament to my experience with worldwide brands, the fundamentals of marketing research, creativity, and ethical business practices.  For example, EvensonBest LLC was referred to OMG! by Gensler and achieved $20,000 in revenue by 2nd quarter of introduction.

Western Region Account Manager

Zebra Hill Marketing

Managed and deepened relationships with West Coast clients, such as Microsoft, Gensler, Countrywide Home Loans, and Shaklee Corporation.  Contributed broadbased marketing programs to achieve increased sales and brand awareness for our clients.


  • Cooperatively planned and executed merchandising and sales events for Microsoft branded product on west coast corporate campuses in Redmond WA and Mountain View CA.   
  • Primary relationship manager for Microsoft Licensing in Reno Nevada; as well as for MSNTV, UltimateTV, and MSTV divisions located at the Mountain View campus.  Provided creative solutions for specific audiences, programs and products. 


  • Actively managed and improved existing loyalty program.
  • Increased awareness of promotional product availabilty for global network of 31 offices through an email marketing campaign that increased participation by 75%. 

Countrywide Home Loans

  • Managed relationship with purchasing managment and marketing team at the Los Angeles headquarters to achieve consistent brand essence in the promotional product offerings.
  • Resolved issues directly with offices nationwide, as well as provided point of contact for custom order inquiries and solutions.

Shaklee Corporation

  • Developed relationships with other divisions within Shaklee Corporation to increase custom order sales, and specific event marketing needs. 
  • Coordination and management of yearly national sales meeting attended by over 500 Shaklee Distributors, and providing a booth for ShakleeStyle merchandise to be purchased and ordered.

Western Region Account Executive

Managed five online stores on the West Coast.  Drove focus to leverage stores to increase Custom Order sales.  Developed new business in the San Francisco and Northern California area.

  • Increased online store revenues for Countrywide Home Loans by 45% within six months.  This was achieved by personal visits and meetings with corporate headquarters, as well as satellite offices throughout California. 
  • Created awareness and increased custom order sales to the satellite Encompass offices nationwide by over 100% within three months of managing the account.  This was accomplished through various marketing efforts in both print and email platforms, as well as excellent service and personal relationship building. 
  •  Assisted in the development of the ShakleeStyle online ecommerce store.  Managed everything from product selection to launch, as well as the creation of a continual email marketing program to distributors, along with ROI reporting and anaysis to corporate.

Northern California Branch Manager


  • Recruited internally to open Cyrk's first sales offce/showroom in the Bay Area. 
  • Expanded sales from our existing regional accounts such as Nortel Networks, Accenture, Yahoo!, Gensler and Shaklee Corporation by a total of 75%.
  • Primary focus on increasing custom order sales and online store awareness led to Accenture and Nortel Networks sales of $400k in first year of mangement.

C3 Apparel Line Manager 


  • Co-Managed CYRK C3 proprietary line of apparel, which we designed and manufactured overseas. 
  • Contributed various skills towards key national accounts programs such as Pepsi Stuff, Marboro Gear, McDonald's, Ray-Ban, M&M Mars, Chevron, Volkswagon and Ty Beanie Babies. 
  • Presented the C3 apparel line directly to Fortune 500 company headquarters around the country. 
  • Responsible for merchandising the C3 line and other custom promotional products we produced for these clients, in their corporate merchandise stores, such as Volkswagon in Auburn Hills, MI and Yahoo! in Silicon Valley.
