üElaboration of the expansion plan within the assigned geographic area with the determination of the cities able to settle the new commercial premises.
üSelection of the suitable locations in commercial and technical terms for the IKEA Stores.
üNegotiations with the landlords of the economic conditions for the sale as well as the rest of the clauses of the respective contracts.
üNegotiations with authorities to obtained all relevant licenses and permits.
üTeam Management (9 people depending on me), establishing objectives, follow up and bonus policies.
üManagement of external teams (architects, engineering companies, law firms)
üElaborate and follow up action plans for every project
üPublic relations for IKEA expansion towards media
üApproval of investment request in IKEA International.
