Senior Chair Selection Advisor

Vistage International

Executive Recruiting of Retired Sr. Executives, Business Owners, Executive Coaches and Consultants to build and run local Chief Executive Roundtables of 8-16 Chief Executives. I recruit, interview, and select qualified business veterans to run a full day Chief Executive Roundtable group where members process their issues and participate in interactive speaker workshops. The Chair people that I recruit go through extensive training to be able to lead these groups of business leaders in their issue processing sessions and interactive speaker workshops. The Chairs also spend 2 hours a month doing 1-2-1 coaching with each member of the group. Managed, relocated and maintained all technical concerns of our newly established world wide corporate headquarters, and supervised all major sales processes and outside meetings. •Managed and operated a stereo lithography 3-D printer, developing a strong relationship with Z-Corp, designing and creating models for our customers and internal sales force. •Designed, installed and maintained a new 3-D virtual reality theater for demonstrating our software. •Coordinated, presented and developed a variety of demonstrations for the customer demo team, showing an average of 50 demonstrations per month. •Collaborated with all departments in planning and supervising a wide variety of meetings and events. •Scheduled and coordinated Demo Team and software demonstrations. •Managed and updated all agendas for major sales accounts, to assure all sales processes ran smoothly.

As a Senior Chair Selection Advisor, Jason is responsible for recruiting top business coaches to build and run monthly chief executive groups for Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization. These coaches, called Vistage Chairs, serve as key influencers to top chief executives looking to become better leaders. Jason recruits leaders in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast U.S. who are committed to serving others while enjoying flexibility and top compensation. Jason grew up in New Jersey and Massachusetts and previously held sales and management positions for an auto glass company and a software development company. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and studio art with a minor in communications from Hamilton College and the University of Sydney.
