Customer Service Production Manager Led team of up to 13 associates in providing outstanding assistance to customers of this full-service business label design and production company. Met with clients to understand objectives, discuss a range of label options, and then recommend the most cost-effective solutions to meet business needs. Prepared job quote estimates, took customer orders, checked stock for available materials, arranged for print plates to be made, and scheduled jobs for production on appropriate printing presses. Designed label art / graphics, created production layouts, and coordinated receipt of original artwork from clients. Responsible for purchasing, receiving, and organizing all necessary production materials, such as paper, ink, die, and print plates. Ensured smooth daily business operations, which included coaching and motivating employees, prioritizing and delegating tasks, resolving team issues, addressing customer complaints, and quickly correcting production issues and equipment outages. Provided business owner with regular status updates.  Key Contributions:▪ Drove tight production schedules to ensure customer orders were produced, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining highest print and quality standards. I have used Jetforn to design hundreds of electronic forms and develope form solutions for many different clients.  I designed a custom form set for use at Capital Label that allowed us to streamline the order entry process saving several hours of time each week.
