Equipment and Business Innovation Supply Demand Manager

Responsible of the Supply Demand management process, as well as inventory control for the office equipment segment and special solutions insuring service level and accurate investment level. Coordination of the areas of production, warehouse, international traffic and local and foreign vendors, to deliver products tocustomers, distributors, concessionaires and government bids nationwide. Inventory analysis of slow mover inventories and development of action plans in combination with the operational and management areas.

I designed, published and preserved up to date the OSG configurations in the intranet so the warehouse, quality, distribution, preinstall and Order entry had the latest information.

:Build to order Project Leader where I achieved a 4 Million Dlls inventory reduction by delivering directly from the manufacturing plant in Aguascalientes to allconcessionaires nationwide.

:Developed local vendors for Xerox components achieving cost reductions and better warranty conditions, which improved service costs in the field.

:Designed the 3rd party delivery process, in which the local vendor delivers the goods directly to the customer reducing the cycle time and movement. This process was used during the 2 Tier model transition.

:Designed and implemented the big fish control to manage high value equipment procurement.

:Contributed to the implementation the like for like replacement process for low value equipment.
