Prepared payroll for a small business accounts using Paychex payroll services. Completed monthly bank reconciliations for both personal and small business accounts of $500,000 and above. Updated and maintained clients daily financials  $500,000 and above including bank deposits, transfers as well as expenditure payments.

Accounting & Fiscal Controls

Entered over 3,000 Cost of Goods Sold invoices for the Accounts Payables Department into Oracle Financial Systems ($500K). Awarded significant pay increase within a 4-month period for superior service. Researched 100+ vendor credits to prepare customer refunds for distribution Maintained Accounts Receivables daily cash application, reconciliation and customer payments. Posted to General Ledger accounts, performed cash flow analysis and prepared monthly recurring bills report for 5 accounts. Reviewed, scheduled and paid bills and other expenditures on behalf of clients

Marketing Strategies/Conducting Marketing Research

Using market research tools such as on-line surveys and most recently using groups and forums on social networks such as Facebook,  Myspace and Twitter; I have been able to compile data for organizations to expand exposure of products and services on the Web.

Leadership/ Youth Development

I've been afforded a great opportunity to mold young minds in various venues.  For over 8 years I have been a private mentor and tutor to elementary, middle grades and high schools students providing educational enrichment in mathematics and standardized test taking skills.  Most recently my journey has taken me to the inner city public school classroom where I facilitate mathematics and teach lifeskills.
