Monthly Updating of leave records of all employees and following up for the leave applications with the employees Query and grievances handling of the Employees. Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels Processing of confirmation and probation letters, coordinating in releasing increment letters & feedback on appraisal process. Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files. Ensure verification, education verification are completed as part of the pre-hire process. Issuing relieving letters and full and final settlement of existing employees Participating and discussing the Management regarding the new policies.
