·Improve the performances trades of the Area of own competence, in coherence with the policies and the strategies of the Brand.
·Assure the attainment of the sale objectives of Peugeot Italia (Passenger Cars, Vans, Used Cars and Vans) and services accessories, for all the concessionaires of own Area, in terms of volumen, mix and market shared.
·Develop the competitiveness of the Primary Net Dealers and Proximity Net Dealers.
·Verify the respect of the Standards, the norms and the structural methods/organizacional of Peugeot Italia in the Primary Net Dealers and Proximity Net Dealers.
PRODUCT & PRICING MANAGER on 308, 307 and 1007July 06 – March 08
·Preparation and Launching of the New 308 Hatchback (September 07) and the New 308 SW (March 08).
P. & P. M. on 407 and Commercial Vehicles (Partner, Expert, Boxer, Enterprise and Veh.Mix):January 04 – July 06
·Preparation and Launching of the NewBoxer (July 06).
·Monitor competitor activities and market trends in order to provide constant action implementations.
·Define and propose product and pricing strategy for short, medium and long-term plans.
·Full management of launch activities (pricing positioning, range definition, coordination...)
·Development of literature and point of sale material.
·Product and Pricing communication to the Dealer Network
·Organisation of Special Projects: MY SPECIAL CAR, Tuning Festival (Rimini 2006,07,08)
-Involving the definition, transformation and personalisation of the models displayed.
-Definition of specificSpecial Editions for this event in collaboration with other European filiales.
