Jessica Milne

Summary

Jessica is responsible for the delivery of learning programs related to search productivity and efficiency such as Search Palace and K2.  She also supports the internal recruiting process and leads the logistics for the workshops in Asia Pacific.  Prior to her current role Jessica was an EA in the Board of Directors and the Education/Not-for-Profit practices at Heidrick & Struggles.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles in April 2007, Jessica worked as a member of the HR teams at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in the UK.  Earlier in her career Jessica was Support Manager, responsible for a team of support staff working across the executive practices of IT&T, Financial Services and Accounting at Hudson Global Resources.  During her four years at Hudson she was involved in many internal committees including the firm’s mentoring program, the corporate social responsibility project team and the middle management team. 

            Jessica holds a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) and is currently completing her Bachelor of Human Resources Management at Macquarie University. She is also a Justice of the Peace in NSW.
