- Served as the primary support coordinator for the Sales, Operations and Marketing departments.
- Day-to-day operations contact for retailers, brokers, and distributors by providing answers to questions and finding solutions to problems.
- Responsible for compiling and communicating department specific reports to provide a company wide overview.
- Order Receipt and processing – EDI and Non-EDI; verified pricing, trade programs and serviceability with forecasted sales.
- Invaluable member of the small team put in place to analyze, compare, select and implement the CRM (Salesforce.com) to create streamlined standard operating procedures resulting in increased customer satisfaction and continued sales growth.
- Supported various operations related duties as needed and directly worked with VP of Operations in regards to inventory control, third party management, transportation logistics and order fulfilment.
- Collaborated with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute strategic promotions and marketing plans all to coincide with out-of-store consumer initiatives including PR, events, and social/digital media marketing.
- Directly responsible for trade show planning, marketing, ordering, logistics, event execution and post show lead follow-up delegation.
- Assumed additional duties and responsibilites when I could identify the need, including office/facility management and administrrative support.
